On a side not I would be careful about using this test as your only test for basketball, there are many tests I would consider more important than a beep test, yes this may be an easy test to run, and can give you some info. (I have the full chart if you need it, but thought I'd give you a rough guide) Now I will help you convert this to Beep test scores (there is a fair in between poor and avg, and a good between avg and excellent, so if it falls in the 'gap' that is what it is) I have a general Aus Guide that says VO2 max
